Since 2003 Golan has run a firm dealingwith the marketing and promoting of tourism sites in Israel. Previously he worked as a sales manager in a large hotel chain. The firm is recognized among the travel and tourism agencies throughout Israel due to Golan’s deep knowledge of the entire tourism market: agents, offices, government bodies and organizations. The firm specializes in the adaptation of customer needs to the local and international market and then building a marketing strategy accordingly. In addition, the firm specializes in creating unique tourism and vacation packages for organizations and companies.

Golan, who lives and breathes tourism, is able to identify and detect the special needs of any site and/or organization that he represents. The method of operation at the firm is based on a face to face meeting with the client, a study of the relevant market, identification of the special marketing needs and, accordingly, marketing and promotion of the site in conjunction with the appropriate entities. Golan customarily holds daily meetings with offices and agents, as well as ongoing office work carried out via email. His work routine consists of the holding of daily meetings at any place: Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jerusalem, Be’er Sheva, or anywhere in Israel, and even abroad if required.
